Deep Sea Diver
Deep Sea Diver originated in 2007 as the the solo project of Jessica Dobson. (The Shins, Beck) The 2009 self released "New Caves" EP showcased a small batch of carefully crafted pop songs that resulted in a number of comparisons to early Cat Power and PJ Harvey
During this time, Dobson set her sights on assembling a band to hit the road, and soon thereafter Deep Sea Diver was opening up for Conor Oberst and the Mystic Valley Band on their summer tour. 2010 saw Deep Sea Diver grow into a true and collaborative band with the addition of Peter Mansen,who is married to Jessica, on drums and John Raines on bass. The band spent most of 2011 in the studio with Matt Wignall and is gearing up to release their debut record in February 2012.

Me Like Bees
Me Like Bees is an indie/alternative rock band from Kansas City Missouri and is made up of Pete Burton (lead guitar), Asher Poindexter (bass), Luke Sheafer (vocals/guitar), and Tim Cote (Drums). Formed in May of 2009, the group has developed their sound with influences from bands such as Modest Mouse, Arcade Fire and The White Stripes.
The "Me Like Bees" sound, like many of their influences, is based upon the idea of moving music forward with interesting and simple melodies. Although simple, the band maintains the listeners' attention using irregular dynamics and asymmetric song structure. The group takes a quality control approach to songwriting, with each member bringing their own creative ideals to every aspect of the process.
The lyrics of Me Like Bees music are both thought provoking and entertaining, with a wide range of themes. Many of their songs discuss matters of inner turmoil, and relate to issues like guilt and doubt. Sheafer is known for his creative wording and unique use of syllables; often times giving a positive spin on what would otherwise be depressing subject matter. His singing style has been said to be a cross between Isaac Brock of Modest Mouse and Jack White of the White Stripes.

Refero
Formed in the winter of 2010 by Alex Chase, Ryan Clark, and Jeremy Kiddle, and joined in the fall of 2011 by Bill Wald, and in the spring of 2012 by Daniel and Chelsea Kiddle. Refero presents an eclectic, enthralling experience that features honest, thoughtful lyrics supported by rhythmic, and melodic guitars. It’s music that provides you with the ability to soar above a landscape of unyielding drums punctuated by inspiring bass lines.
